Honest, willing to take time to answer the questions I have… Reliable and honest… Many mechanics will take the easy way out… Not do a good job of diagnosing and just buy parts knowing they can charge the customer for them… Not Knight‘s Automotive They do everything they can to accurately diagnose the problem and try to keep the cost to the customer as low as possible… I’m not sure what more you could ask for
