Knight Automotive is the place to go for service on your vehicle. My car was cursed with the dreaded "check engine light on" for over a year. The dealer was no help; they blamed me for putting "bad gas" in the car, after charging me nearly $3,000.00 for repairs that were not needed. Funny, the only fuel I ever filled the car with was the top fuel recommended in the owner's manual. The problem remained. Knight technicians were very meticulous in their diagnostic. The cause of the problem was found and repairs were undertaken and completed in a reasonable amount of time. The price for the whole process was below what I would have been charged by the dealer or any other local repair shops. I am very satisfied. What made them really shine was that I have 2 little ones and I had no way to leave to get my vehicle since their car seats were in the car. They took the time to coordinate someone to drop my car off in my driveway! Now that’s what I call service!! I was beyond grateful that they made my life that much easier. This is my first time visiting Knight for diagnostic on my Mini Cooper. Everyone at Knight is courteous and attentive to my concerns; my check engine light has been on for over a year. I am confident the issue will be resolved. The Mini car dealer has been no help in the matter of the check engine light, but very enthusiastic on draining my wallet. The scope of the diagnostic from Knight, far exceeds any done at previous service sites I have visited, in trying to resolve the check engine light issue. The cost of the diagnostic at Knight is about a quarter of what one would pay elsewhere.

When you work on my vehicles I know it's getting done the right way and for looking out for any problems that could occur in the future with my vehicle are written down on my receipt so I don't forget.
