I had been looking for an independent shop to take care of my car for a while now. I read some good reviews and decided to try Knight Automotive and am so happy I did. They are friendly, do a great job and have given me some great advice which I know I’d never get at a dealership. Definitely worth the drive from Lowell to see them!

Since my mechanic retired, I was searching for a new mechanic in my area. Quite a few people recommended Knight Automotive in Crown Point. I made an appointment for my brakes to be checked. The date of my appointment, I was greeted by a young girl who was friendly and helpful. She confirmed my info and advised that they would be in contact soon. Shortly after I dropped my vehicle off, I was contacted by them to say what needed to be fixed with the estimated cost. I agreed and within a few hours my vehicle was ready. As I arrived, I was greeted by another lady who went over everything with me, took my payment and thanked me for choosing them. To find a shop who provides this kind of customer service is hard to find. Everything went smoothly. I was kept in the loop and pricing was reasonable. This is how you do business.
