Good first impression on a referral from my primary mechanic when he couldn’t fix the problem. Came to the shop to see when I could bring it in, we set a 7am Monday morning early drop off (I was late), and after the Knight Automotive tech inspected the Camry, he discovered that the ABS codes revealed my car needed a new left rear wheel bearing, sensor, and left rear wheel speed sensor harness. All before 11:30am. I approved, and I was told a part was needed that would keep my car another day. Car fixed by 10am on Tuesday. No one wakes up wanting to pay for a car repair so I felt the repair cost was very fair just like my primary mechanic told me, you’ll be happy with Knight. You should do the same.
