I have had a very hard time finding a good mechanic shop. This is the first place that actually made me feel like they genuinely care. They have even worked me in when I desperately needed it especially since I drive over 30 minutes to get to work. To say the service of Knight’s Automotive was exceptional would be an understatement. I was referred to Knight’s by a coworker after my regular mechanic diagnosed a failing water pump but said he wouldn’t be able to get to the job for weeks due to understaffing. I called Knight’s on referral and the person who answered the phone said they could get us in on Monday (I called Friday afternoon). I dropped our vehicle off to Bill Knight at 7 AM and at noon received a text saying the work on our vehicle was completed and ready for pick up. The car has functioned perfectly ever since. I should also add that Knight’s cost to repair was much lower than all other estimates. If you need a mechanic in the Crown Point area, don’t hesitate to call Knight’s Automotive.
