Auto Repair In Crown Point

I went there on the recommendation of my boss (they service our work vehicles). I had an issue driving into work, had no idea what it was, called them & they not only got me in right away, but gave me a loaner car for the day. Kat was great about communicating the issues / options through text, & they had my car fixed by late afternoon same day. It turned out to be an issue with muffler, but they also alerted me to back brakes being bad. All was fixed, & car running great. Good prices, friendly & accommodating staff. They will be my new place for car work. HIGHLY recommend.

There are not too many things left to say. Starting with the very tolerant young lady at the counter, you couldn't have had a more tolerant person answering the phone. When a not-tolerant person like me calls I counted to 10 and she never hung up the phone. Don't let her go, she is the best. As for Kevin and Billy, there is nothing left to say. The man upstairs sent you gentlemen down to take care of my car to keep it running and you both do one fantastic job. I promise I'll leave my car at the shop when I need work done in the future and when you see it, you'll know who's it is. The guys in the shop knocked out all the competition. Hang on to them. They are the best.

I was traveling and needed some emergency repairs. Bill kindly sqeezed me in to get me out of a real jam. They even loaned me a vehicle to use while I was waiting. They got the problem diagnosed and repaired right away. I would highly recommend their kind and professional service.

Kevin keep me updated as repairs went along and cost. Some thing electrical that I would have never found. Fair price and problems solved. I couldn’t pick up day of repair and let me pick up the next morning. Kevin was really personable with me and other customers that were also there when I picked up vehicle. Only issue was took a week to get appointment. Have a spare vehicle so wasn’t a issue for me personally. But if someone need vehicle could see it as an issue.
