Bill and his team are great, and they have bailed me out of many frustrating situations, including the failure of a manufacturer's dealership to properly diagnose and repair my vehicle, which Knight Automotive advised was actually still covered by an extended warranty that the dealership "overlooked." Bill could have repaired my car and billed me, and I would have been none the wiser, but being a professional expert in his field, he properly diagnosed the issue that was missed by the dealership and brought the warranty to my attention, so I could hold the manufacturer accountable.
