I've been taking our cars to Knight Automotive for 10 years now and wouldn't take them to any other service center. I had a 1999 Ford Expedition they kept running for 323,000 miles . They do high quality work at a reasonable price. They are honest and stand behind their work by making sure you're completely satisfied. From Michelle and Kevin up front to all the mechanics in the shop, Bill Knight the owner couldn't have put together a better team of professionals .

Bill, Kevin, Michelle and the entire Knight team is Great! They're friendly, honest and knowledgeable. They treat your vehicle like its their own and they never do additional work unless you give them permission to do so. I highly recommend Knight Automotive and Performance LLC in Crown Point.

As always, fantastic people who do a great job across the board. A phone call to them is immediately addressed, not put off for a few days. I brought my truck in for noise when braking. In ten minutes they had the diagnosis, as well as having found a light out I hadn't even realized. They ran through exactly what I needed, priced it, and had the parts there in fifteen minutes. While waiting in the lobby for the repair, the folk could not have been friendlier. Engaged in fun conversation, even sharing their snacks, actually made a wait for a repair enjoyable. This is the reason I won't take our vehicles anywhere else. They simply get it and get it right. Period.
