Auto Repair In Crown Point

Knight has always been fair and very honest to me. If I went in and wanted a part replaced, if it did not need it, they would tell me so and have done so in the past. The kind of place you can tell your mom to go to with confidence.. After her first visit, she might even bring them some cookies on her second visit.. My Impala now has 293,500 miles on it and runs like new. Why would I go anywhere else..

Such a wonderful shop! Everyone is so friendly and helpful while performing rapid, excellent repairs and clearly not overcharging anyone. Even when chatting with random people in the region (some of whom work with other auto shops) and mentioning that my car was at Knight, every person instantly told me that was a solid decision because they do great work. I would not go anywhere else.

I've had my 2005 Trailblazer serviced by Knight since I bought it used with 47,000 miles. They did requested major work brakes, rebuilt front suspension and generally had them check-it over prior to long trips. Never had to question the cost nor had any problems with their work. Now have 127000 miles and they serviced my brake lines, replaced fluid and adjusted the emergency bake. Price was reasonable and I know I can rely on their work being done right.and not be nickle and dimed with incidentals. They replaced my Audi's problematic air struts with aftermarket spring struts. That frequent and expensive problem is now history.

I absolutely love the whole Kight crew! They are always honest when it comes to what my car needs and pricing is always fair. I highly recommend them to my friends and family and clients 🙂
